Recycling at FREMONT!!!

Mr. Koch and Mr. Lopez have started a school wide recycling project.. So far they are averaging about 400 plastic water bottles a week!!  GREAT JOB!!!!

Students come around to every office and classroom to collect bottles once a week and they are counted by the teachers. They are stored in the orange netting. 

Hopefully, we will get enough information to lead to installation of water stations all around campus. 

Reduce, reuse, recycle!

Plant discoveries in Ms. Miranda's 7th grade

Ms. Miranda's class is learning abut Ecology by growing their own plants using vinegar in water to simulate rain acidity. They test the pH of the plants by using  Vernier Probes for pH and record the information with the LabQuest II and their Ipads - just like real botanist ( a person who studies plants) !

ASB Hair Day!!
