Marine Science Institutes Research Experience & Education Facility : the REEF
The entire 6th grade visited the REEF last week as their class field trip. They had a great time holding ocean creatures, dissecting a hold-fast, which is the bottom of kelp, had a tour of UCSB dorm and lunch area, and
got to do an experiment on the beach.
